Cold oatmeal? I wasn’t too sure about the subject.
What the heck. Why not try and if you hate it just heat the things up.
After a night in the refrigerator, they seemed a little drab. I threw in some chocolate shavings and a dollop of my homemade blackberry jelly.
Still not my favorite breakfast but good for a healthy snack. You could top it with a variety of ingredients. Coconut or bananas would be nice.
Orange and Vanilla Overnight Oatmeal
1/2 c oats
1/2 c milk
1/4 c orange juice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
